Downtown RP NEW Host - IP Switch

New Server IP Switch

Downtown RP has been switched over to a new machine / host, All data, cars, perma items, hats, and credits have been transfered over.
 This new host also has many new benefits, which include things like: Faster loading times, Mass net message Optimization, better DDoS Protection.
We have also increased the Server Slots to 100 due to the new hardware
