I have plenty of staff experience from several servers spanning 3 years of my time. (IE) Argon Servers (Head-Mod) Fusion Networks (Trial Mod) A super old long dead/shutdown Black Mesa RP server which I was Head-Admin on for the servers duration of existence. (1 Year, 10 days, and 14 Hours) This was in 2016, I'm not sure if they're back yet or not. I started playing Garry's Mod back in November 16th(ish) 2016. I have always tried to be the most helpful player I could possibly be and I think I've done a pretty damn good job. I know I haven't got 48 hours total on the server yet but I can indeed promise you that I can provide 5-12 hours a day on the server to make up for not meeting that requirement. question on the application to . Another reason why I think you should allow me o join your staff team is that I have over 2 or more years of experience under my belt of staff work on multiple other servers (already listed above) I enjoy RPLand's server and it's small sized community and I hope you consider this application.
In at least 250 words, why do you qualify for this position?
I think I qualify for this staff position because I intend to be active every day for five to twelve hours a day and i'll mingle with everyone on the server and see how everyone is doing and what everyone is up to on the server, i'll also be active for at least eighty-five percent of the time to see if there are any pesky rule breaker that think they're cool, I also know how to keep myself calm in a sit whiel dealing with two or more people who are consistantly fighting over something small and stupid because usually it's some misunderstanding between two or more parties. (IE) A raid happens and someone forgets to /advert raid and they start raiding said persons base and they successfully raid said person and they notice the other party (raiders) didn't advert raid so they call a sit to determine what really happened in that situation and all they want to do is argue about it and say "NO I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG" the whole time (Side note) This happens ALOT! what i'd do is pull them into a sit and determine why they're fighting over it, and i'll talk to one person at a time to figure out why they didn't advert the raid and if I find they purposly raided to kill them i'll warn them for "RTK" Raid to kill. and i'll close the admin ticket and move to the next issue.
What admins are usually on when you are on the server?:
I normally don't see anyone staff online because i'm on at the later hours of the night/early day.
